So, you are eating right now? If so, stop and ask yourself why you are eating? Is it your dinner? If you eating dinner that’s fine but if you continue throughout the day like snacking on candy, chocolates, nuts, then you might be eating because you have anxiety or something is really stressing you out. Why not go for a jog instead of stress eating? Maybe start writing when you feel some time of way that makes you want to eat stress food. But also remember that if you are having daily issues with stress and anxiety it may be time to schedule a regular check up with your doctor and might need some medication.
Remember that IT’S OK to have a few days where you are feeling like not going to the gym or you had fries with your burger. We all have a few mistakes of our own, but don’t let that discourage you. Remember, its not what you do in one day, its what you do in the long run that will start to show.
Exercising is so powerful in your health. That is why it is recommended to work out 30 – 1 hour daily. Moving more can help improve mood by raising serotonin levels in the brain bringing a mood boost endorphins.
Flax seed is high in fiber and rich in omega-3s, which can help lower cholesterol. I buy mine from Cosco and I add it to my smoothies. Doesn’t taste bad at all and I love it!
Vitamin B is necessary for making melatonin. Add bananas, chick peas, fish and other vitamins to your regular diet.
Whole grains are packed with magnesium which also regulates melatonin and calms down the nervous system.
Finally, yogurts and leafy greens are also high in calcium, not just milk angry meat eaters haha. Calcium deficiency makes falling asleep more difficult.
Start by cutting out coffee. If you can’t, then have one less cup of coffee during the day and make sure that your last cup was within the last 8 hours of going to bed.
Set up a time for bed alarm clock on your phone. Consistency is key when you want to get a good night sleep. ⏳
If you want to start dating this year, try harder. I’ll keep it short but detailed. Swallow your pride and go for it! You may miss the love of your life this year. Don’t put to many buts because remember you are not the perfect match either.
Oh the romance how beautiful it can be! But it’s dead in the past. You can always bring romance back and believe me it will be worth it.
Waking up everyday at 5am to prepare a delicious warm cup of coffee as I mentally prepare for the day is one of my daily morning rituals. Then, I take my pup for a walk in the dark when the sun is on it’s way to rise and shine. I always think to myself if this life we call living is all for a greater purpose but then, I go on my way.
Dehydration causes low energy and all other drinks are high in sugar even alcohol. Adding more water to your daily diet will do wonders!
For the sake of your health and the environment, cut your meat intake or go Vegetarian. Replace meat with mushrooms once in a while.
